Lazy load & customize error message

1) It would be nice to implement lazy load, i.e. to render captcha when the form is visible only.
2) Also to customize “Error: the Captcha didn’t verify” message directly in admin panel, like here: https://ps.w.org/no-captcha-recaptcha/assets/screenshot-03.png?rev=1041417
3) Please remove unnecessary comments:
