On the site when used on a mobile the home page image for a mobile device does not load when Lazy Load is ticked. The main image for a laptop/desktop loads/shows only, bleeding off the screen incorrectly.

If I disable Lazy Load the mobile image loads corrrectly.

How can this be fixed please?

    Regards

    Hello @stevehale

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Can you please add the URL of that image to Performance>User Experience>Exclude words: section, save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the issue persists?

    Thanks!

    Whoops. Spoke too soon.

Just received this critical error notice:

    Hii!

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, W3 Total Cache.

    Hello @stevehale

    Thank you for your feedback.
Well this is weird. Have you made any other changes in the W3 Total Cache besides the one I suggested?

Can you please confirm you are experiencing any issues on the website and please confirm the website URL?

    Thank you!

    Nope

Now it seems to have cleared.

    I agree, Weird…

The plugin again with lazy load switched on distorts ALL images on the web site. How do I stop this. I have switched it off at the moment.

Only mobile images are affected, and, as I say, this feature is currently switched off.

    Hello @stevehale

The Lazyload option is the straightforward option. Meaning once enabled it works. YOu can make a small tweaks, however, there are some additional questions.
Which use agent (mobile device) you are testing this on? Is there any specific browser you are using and also, which one? Have you tested this on other browsers in mobile?

    Thanks!

    Hi Marko

The images go wrong on both iPhone, Android, Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

That is why I have it switched off at the moment as the customer was getting quite annoyed.

    Hello @stevehale

    SOrry for the late reply.
Can you please drop us a note direcly via the plugin in Performance>Support because we need to check this while the Lazyloading is enabled.

    Thanks!

    I have done so.
