Lazy load comments

I saw you have the feature but I’m not sure I can see it working. Either the threshold is loaded that efficient and good but can you show me it works or how I can validate it is lazy loaded?

I can even see load more does not work. It becomes pagination and not ajax load more function.

The lazy load including bugs and do not work or am I doing something completely wrong?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page, make sure “Break comments into pages with X top level comments” checkbox is unchecked.

Hi,

I think lazy loading on scrool works, can see it if I scroll very fast and manage to scroll faster than the threshold can fetch the comments.

But you′re load more does not work, tried it and followed the quite to set a break comments. But it only paginate it into pages and neither adds ajax load for the pages or a load more button.

But the lazy load is not smooth, it flicks and jump in can we make it smoothly ease in with some opacity?

That works but is it possible to add a fade in effect when loading the comments/avatar images? Or something so it’s smoother?

I’m sorry, but there is not such a feature. You can do it using the wpDiscuz .wc-new-loaded-comment class for your custom coding.

No need for the load more ajax lazy load, it does not work in the plugin but we will use normal lazy load.
