ONLY Outlook not receiving form

I have searched for days for a solution for this. I have checked EVERY FAQ
Contact form 7 successfully sends emails to every email provider EXCEPT MY CLIENTS OUTLOOK ACCOUNT.
I have tried every form of smtp relay, I have tried sendgrid no avail. CF7 successfully sends the form to every other email provider I have tried. Gmail, yahoo, godaddy etc. all receive the form. It is not in spam, it does not reach the email. I would love to not change the SPF record, but I will if I have to.
My only solution (which isn’t a solution) is to create corresponding gmail accounts and autoforward to the outlook domain.

Just ran into this situation with a client of mine. They were using Contact Form 7 (a great plugin, although in our case, we were using Gravity Forms). We found that our issue was resolved by adding an SSL Certificate and utilizing the WP Mail SMTP Pro plugin. We were sending and receiving form fills to every email client besides Outlook 365, and we detailed our journey on our website in hopes that it might help others who like you have experienced this same issue. We would be curious to know if our solution was helpful. Please comment with your results. Let us know if adding the SSL certificate alone with the free version of the WP Mail SMTP plugin works or if you have to go pro (which allows you to choose 365/Outlook as a mailer option).
