Lazy Load breaks SVG Images

Hello,
I noticed that an SVG image placed into my sidebar was showing as a broken image. The image url in the data-lazy-src is correct and valid. But the lazy load of the image seems to be broken.
Is there anyway to correct this or disable lazy load for svg images?Thank you
