Layout of the “Order in Progress” email does not work

Hello,
As indicated in the title, the layout of the “Order in progress” email has not been working for a few days for no particular reason while the test email is ok (see attachments). Although I started from scratch (“Reset” & “Blank” button), it doesn’t change anything… The strangest thing is that the layout is functional for the other transactional emails.
Could you help me to find a solution? Thanks in advance.
