2) Maybe some file are missing? I haven’t that files. Theme folder doesn’t exixts, only templates folder inside wp job folder.

For 2, try Twenty Twelve theme. if it works, you’ll know its a theme issue..

1 is just styling, again the theme. You can add some css rules to your theme to correct that, such as list-style:none on that UL.
