Layout messed up on mobile

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else had this issue.
The Tabs are working great on desktop, but when I try to load the page on a mobile device, the tabs don’t work properly.
My ‘Menu’ button appears, but doesn’t work anymore, and the page header photo appears again and again, going down the page.
