• Hi,
the newsletters I send look good, but the layout of the same newsletter that can be opened on the frontend of my site, is not what it is supposed to be: the images are on top of the content, instead of on the left side.
Is there a way to fix this?

It only happens to the newsletters that are made with MailPoet3: the earlier newsletters in MailPoet2 are like they should be.

  • Hey Marion,

All of our templates are responsive. It means the content layout is adapted according to what screen resolution the viewer has.

If you have a two-column layout, it will be displayed one block below the other on mobile version, for example. That’s not a bug and it’s different from the old version because in MailPoet 2 our templates were not responsive.

    I hope it’s clearer now ??

Hi, thanks for explaining, but the point is that my problem appears on laptopscreen, so it should show the normal (not the mobile) layout, that is: image left to the text. As it appears now, there is a mobile layout on a regular screen. I suppose that should not be the case.

    Hi Marion,

Can you tell us what is the resolution screen you’re using?

Hi, the screen resolution of my laptop is 1920×1080.
