Layout is broken by Japanese

I translated text on the panel by changing “weight” and “height” text to Japanese in cc-bmi-calculator-layout.php.

Then, the layout is broken.
I checked the developer tool and found weird  ‘s are instered before the Japanese characters as follows:

<div class=”form-group”>
                           <label for=”cc_bmi_shortcode-height” class=”col-200-4 control-label”>身長</label>

I have no idea why this happens.
