layout chaos

After some tinkering and re-uploading I’ve managed to go through the upgrade.php process. I’m pretty happy about this.
Now I’m experiencing quite a bit of layout chaos — as you can see at https://www.wump.info/wumpblog
I did get one suggestion that I need to check the url on my wp-layout.css but I’m not sure where I was supposed to look at this or change this (in index.php?).
I’m also getting “this page not found” when I try to login. I am fairly sure I’ll need to mess with my index.php and wp-layout.css files to fix some of these things, as those are the still files that I still have left over (without changing) from WordPress 1.01. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
