    Hi,
since the last update the single product page layout is broken if in combination with elementor 3.8.0.
The product image is accompanied by a slice of the first galery image. Looks like a caching issue or so though. Because if you leave the page and come back everything is ok. After refreshing the page it is messed up again.

Also if stripe gateway is deactivated everything is working as it should.
    Any ideas?

    Hello @gerold1968,

Thank you for attaching the screenshots!

I have the plugin updated to the latest version on my test site and the product image is rendering as it should be.

This is probably caused by another plugin or theme. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hey Saif,

thanks. I thought this would be a caching issue. But when investigating I soon saw it was not. Or some kind of caching issue I don′t know by now. I have of course deleted cache in my browser and even on server side. I also tried incognito. Nothing worked.

The system report contains some data which I don′t want to share with the public. Maybe we can switch to email support?

Hope to hear from you soon! Best Gerold

You can send the system report via https://pastebin.com/ for a few days while we check into the issue, the system report does not contain sensitive data.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the report.

Also if stripe gateway is deactivated everything is working as it should.

That’s certainly odd, may I ask can you switch your theme temporarily to Storefront, at this point is the issue still present?

You can use a plugin like the WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site, without having to touch/affect your live site to check.

Let us know how that goes.

Hi. Using storefront the issue seems to be gone. This is even weirder because I am using the “no-theme” theme hello. And after all using storefront is not an option because this would mean rebuilding the whole site…

    Hello,

For better assistance, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

Please navigate to WooCommerce > status > scheduled actions run any action that is pending (if any).

If that does not help, please reach out to Elementor, we are unable to provide support for third party themes. Feel free to let us know if there are any questions after that. Thank you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
