layout and column issue, font size shrinkage, blog size shrinkage

while working in WP i held down a key for a longer time which caused the font size of WP! (including but not exclusively the font size in Pages i was working in) to shrink. in Pages there is usually a 2 column layout but it moved all to a 1 column layout (smaller font size but wider column). going to Options it is all still marked for 2 columns but the actual layout is only 1 column.
also the actual blog at https://radiatebliss.com is much smaller. about an overall 30% to 40% shrinkage.
how can i get my previous layout size back?
