Layerslider wp not showing in admin side pane anymore

Hello,
I am using layer slider wp and upon going through the settings i saw a box that had “manage-options” in it. Well i deleted it not know what it would do, and once i saved it, it said i didn’t have permission to view the page anymore. Then upon refreshing the page, layerslider had disappeared from the side bar. So the plugin is installed and activated but it doesn’t show up in the admin pane anymore. I’m not knowledgeable enough to go through the code and enter it manually. I tried deleting the layer slider tables from the DB and re install the plugin, but it still doesn’t show. So it must be within a wordpress file. Can someone please help.? I would be eternally grateful!
