Layers appear over Slider

Hello Everyone,

I am always working with Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder. What I want to do is have an image appear over an active slider, thereby making it appear as if it is in front of the slider while the slider does it’s thing below.

I have played with margins in WPB Page Builder and it almost works…but I am suspecting I need to do some custom CSS with z values?

Also, I have to believe that someone has already figured this out and has a tut out there somewhere.

Any help appreciated! ??
