Layers and map are not shown in admin panel, error message when trying save

    The plugin works well for years, but recently, we noticed that in admin panel all layers (and the map file) has disappeared, although they are shown in the website (but errors).

    Also, when trying to upgrade the plugin, the map disappears from the website as well.
    There is an error message when trying to make any change: “The operation failed, you can work only with one item. To create more, buy the pro version.” – although we only have one item.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Hello. Try to check the MySQL database with phpMyAdmin as example. You need to check the table “wp_vision” and how many rows this table has. Anyway I will test this issue on my side, but I need time.

    I’ve tested it on my side. I created a new WP instance and install the plugin lite version, it works as expected. Also I checked the code, it shows this error only if you have several items in the table “wp_vision”.

    Hello Max,

    Thank you for your quick support. Indeed, we had two items – but one of them was ‘inactive’ – and for many years before. After deleting the inactive item completely, we can save settings again now successfully.
    Still – the list of laters is empty, as you can see in this screenshot:

    I can’t see the screenshot. Anyway, without access to admin side I can’t say more. Can you tell me which version this issue started with? Like do a downgrade so I can just compare the changes I made.
