Lay out issue off canvas menu pop up template

We are a happy users of the OCEANWP theme in wordpress. However I was not able to find an easy way to open a support ticket so for that I am contacting you through email.

We face some layout issues which turned out to be a OceanWP theme issue after in staging mode changing our OceanWP theme to a standard WP theme the issue was solved. However we want to keep on using OceanWP so we would like to have your help to solve this issue:

We are experiencing issues with a lay-out on our page. We created a off canvas menu with a pop-up template of elementor. When users click on menu icon in our header the off canvas menu opens. On the top of this off canvas menu users find their avatar. For showing the avatar we use a shortcode. However the alignment of this shortcode/avatar gives layout issues. We tested that this issue mainly occurs when we open the off canvas menu pop up template on another template page for example that one of the elementor single product templates.

Can you help us with this issue. We dont get why it works correctly well on some pages but on the template pages it doesnt. An example link of where the off canvas menu is not showing correctly the avatar alignment: (https://www.ondafc.es/en/product/gameticket-p-d-betero-futsal-14-2-2022-19-00/)

We already contacted Elementor PRO support but due to the issue related to the theme they told us to contact you.
