Launching WPBot from Button

    Doesn’t seem like WPBot is responsive. After positioning it on a desktop, the icon looks terrible on mobile phones and in some case won’t even show up. How can we launch it from a button? At least with the button we can get a good looking, responsive result.

    Can you tell us the icon positions that you set? too far from left may cause issues. I think giving an option to open the ChatBot in full window mode will help. Will add the feature soon.

    Launching from a button or text link is currently possible in the Pro version.

    We started with the defaults which puts it in the lower right corner which doesn’t look good on the desktop. It moves progressively to the right as we move through tablets to smartphones. It would be great to just have a left/right/center feature instead of pixel offsets. Since then we’ve purchased the Pro version and the Conversation Forms Pro version because we think it’s a great program.

    For the icon position, can you please open a support ticket from https://qc.ticksy.com/ and include the site link so we can check? There might be some CSS conflicts.
