Launching the Chatbot with a click of a button

  • Hi there,
    I wonder if it would be possible to trigger the Pipedrive Chat Bot with a click of a button instead of loading it automatically with the page.

    Hi,

    neither the Chatbot nor this plugin support such functionality.

    It can be achieved by writing custom JavaScript that will insert the chatbot script, but it won’t open the chat, but just add the icon.
