Latvia is not blocked

    It appears that Latvia (Letland) is not blocked by the plugin
    I do see very large amounts of attempts on my site while running IP Geo Block
    Latvia has this Ip 83.99.176.xxx
    I do not have LV in my whitelist
    Can you investigate this please ?
