  • The first one is rendered by Jackpack latex and the second one is what I want it to be.

Can you elaborate on what you’re trying to accomplish?

Is this what you’re looking for?

Related to this, I also would like to change default font size for Jackpack latex equations.

Check out the LaTeX Size section here:

We hope this helps, and once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

If you compare the two pictures, Jackpack renders the symbols “delta x->0” besidelim” text while the other one renders it underlim” text. The same goes for the parameters of the summation sign. (please note that I used the same Latex code to generate those two equations)

From what I understand, the equations Jackpack renders look like “inline math mode” in Latex nomenclature. I would like my equations to look like “display math mode”.

Thank you for your support. I hope you understand my intent now. Please ask again if you are still not clear.

Did you try using \displaystyle like in the page we linked to?

If so, and you’re still seeing an issue, can you forward the code you entered in your editor to generate the examples you linked to?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
I tried using \displaystyle and it worked as I had wanted.
