Latest WP update issue

    After the last word press update the woo commerce plug in disappeared from the dashboard, the plug in was active at the time. I tried to deactivate and re-install plug in, but now it’s saying destination folder already exists installation failed. what would be the cause for this issue? would down grading WP version sort this problem out?
