    Hi Guys,

I’ve updated to the latest WordPress (5.5.1). I use four different Forminator forms on my site, all on different pages, but two of them don’t appear now on those pages when I use WP 5.5.1. Can you confirm if Forminator is 100% compatible with this WP update?

    Thank You SO Much,
    Stu

    Hi @stumur,

Yes, Forminator is fully compatible with WP 5.5.1 and I didn’t see any similar reports with the latest version.

Can you tell us on which pages you don’t see the form and share a screenshot of where they should be loading so we could check it out and see what might be going on?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Of course, thanks so much Predrag! The two pages missing the two different forms are:

    https://affordaband.co.uk/new-bands-sign-up-form/

and at the very bottom of this page, at “Questions? Ask about Bigger Beat”:

    https://affordaband.co.uk/bigger-beat/

    Thank you for your help,
    Stu

    Hi @stumur,

Thanks for sharing a link to the pages. I checked the /new-bands-sign-up-form page and could see the issue.

However, the form seems to be loading fine under Questions? Ask about Bigger Beat” in the /bigger-beat page on my side.

Regarding the form not loading under /new-band-sign-up-form page it looks more like a conflict. Most probably an existing plugin causing it. I could notice console error pointing to a Minification plugin in the page I suppose its the “WP Super Minify” plugin that’s running.

Since you did mention it does work in other pages it might have to do more related minification. Could you please temporarily clear the cache in the minify plugin and see whether it makes any difference?

If that doesn’t help, would highly recommend running a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart to see whether that helps:

Please do let us know how that goes so that we could check further if needed. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Guys,

Is there a way to make a form where I can send an invoice to my customers when they decide they like a particular live band on our site, and would like to book them for their wedding etc? I know there is a Stripe, and Paypal option in the form builder, but due to possible clawbacks from those two, I was hoping to just use ACH / BACS transfer / direct transfer as a payment option for my clients instead. I’d need to be able to send them a link (I guess?) to a form that would present like a payment invoice I’d put together for them, most importantly with a Pay Now button somehow on there.

    Is this possible?

    Hi @stumur

I hope you are doing well.

I’m afraid this isn’t possible, but could you please create a new ticket and we can forward this as a feature request to the plugin team and follow the new requests?

    Best Regards

    Hey @stumur

I did a look at this request.

Maybe this can be done using a new form and the Query strings,

Could you please create a new ticket as we try to keep the tickets split per subject and we can take a closer look?

    Best Regards
