Latest Woocom catalog products are not syncing with FB catalog

Hi, @starettie!

For these 7 products that are not syncing, can you please confirm the following?

• Their Facebook setting is set to “Sync and show in catalog”
• They are not out of stock
• They are not virtual products

After checking those, please try running a manual sync from Marketing > Facebook, under the Product sync tab.

If that doesn’t help, please share a copy of your System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Hi Cara,
I can confirm the 3 points:
– Yes, products are set to Sync & show in catalog
– Products are not out of stock
– They are not virtual products ** the products show “in stock” Is there any other product setting I should confirm? Do I need “manage stock” selected with # of items in stock? This is the only difference between these 7 items and all others. The other items have “manage stock” selected but these 7 have “in stock” & “manage stock” is not selected.

I tried running a manual sync numerous times and did so again just now – it did not correct the issue. Products still do not sync.

The items that have not sync’d to FB Catalog have unique FB item ID’s assigned in Woocom but are not searchable nor showing up in the catalog. When I check each product on FB a message displays, “This Content Isn’t Available Right Now When this happens, it’s usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it’s been deleted.” The product has not been deleted nor “shared with a small group of people”. Each product was created by duplicating another product then changing it. I reset the meta data on each product then tried to sync again from Woocom. Still nothing.

Thanks so much for the additional details! I think this may be key:

Each product was created by duplicating another product then changing it.

We previously had an issue where duplicated products were immediately synced to Facebook prior to being edited or published. We recently released a fix for this issue, and I’m wondering if you’re running into some kind of as of yet unreported issue with this fix.

Could you please try creating a brand new product – not a duplicate – see if that correctly syncs to Facebook?
