In case it helps, I’m on a Mac (OS Catalina 10.15.6) and doesn’t seem to be an issue for me (using Chrome).

Hey @ninaelina! I’m also on a Mac (Though I’m on Catalina) and don’t have the same issue – everything loads fine for me. This does make it tricky to troubleshoot as it sounds like it is specific to your clients computer. Do they see this same issue when browsing in a private or incognito browser window?
