Latest version works buggy, no save preferences

    It used to work just great, but i just updated the plugin to the latest version and its great it sees support for english descriptions of the cookies, dutch, german etc.

    But once I got through the wizard, it just doesn’t function right on our website. Instead of saying save preferenced, it keeps saying read more as a button to confirm anything.

    Then when i go to the dutch or german language of our site, it simply won’t show anymore.

    Any idea why this is and if anyone else encounters this?

    Hi @modkid,

    We’re not aware of any issues with the cookie banner at the moment. Sometimes it helps to clear your browser and website cache (if you use a caching plugin).

    If that doesn’t help, can you post your domain so we can take a look?

    I see one isue, which is that you seem to have some html in your cookie policy read more link text.

    <font color="#ff4400" size="0">test</font>

    This breaks the html of the banner partly. Can you try to change the title of the read more link text to plain text?

    somehow it didn’t play nice with the original read more text. It seems to be working now.

    The popup keeps popping up on Chrome, eventhough the settings were saved.

    How can we resolve this?

    Hi @modkid,

    I just looked at your website and I only get to see the cookie banner once, it stays hidden after clicking accept or functional only. Could you try in a private window?
