Latest version won’t update on cleared cache

    The player shows a previous version of the show notes/description and links. I’ve cleared cache, refreshed page and tried multiple browsers.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    UPDATE: I used the feed updation tool and now it’s updated.

    Can you confirm that this needs to be done each time an episode is changed?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using podcast player.

    Podcast player can automatically update your player for new episodes. However, to improve performance of your website, update initiate after every 12 hours(720 minutes). You can change that update interval to any time of your liking by going to podcast player settings and change the update interval time.

    Just shorten the duration from 720 minutes to any smaller time ( i.e. 60 minutes) in settings. After that your podcast player will be updated within 60 minutes of actual podcast update.
