    After the last update, the plugin stop working with Oxygen. Tried to deactivate and reactivate without success. Tried to uninstall and install again, but nothing…

    How can I help solve this?

    Hi @rics

    just for confirmation, do you mean the last update of FDP or Oxygen?

    Can you see the backend pages of FDP? E.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eos_dp_menu

    If you can see it, have a look at the notifications on the top right. If you see a red symbol like this picture, go with your mouse on that symbol and click on “show details”. Then, please, let me know what is written.

    If you don’t see anything, or if you can’t access the FDP backend pages, I suggest you:

    • Enable the debug in wp-config.php by adding the following lines of code before the comment /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */:

      define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
      define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
      define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    • Refresh the page where you have the problem
    • Let me know what you find in wp-content/debug.log

    In any case, I will also try to reproduce the same issue with Oxygen on my testing installation.

    Have a great day!

    Hi @rics

    I tested Oxygen and I have no issues. But I haven’t the very last version of Oxygen.

    Let me know if you find something following the suggestions in my previous comment.

    Please, add also more details. What does “stop working” mean?
    Do you see blank pages? Do you have fatal errors? Is the issue both on the frontend and backend? On all the pages?

    Have a great day!

    Sorry, I was in a rush and didn’t give much details.

    Yes, the FDP for Oxygen. I will follow your instructions and collect as many details as I can.

    Thanks a LOT for your time Jose! I will come soon with all the info.

    Ok…

    I can access the backend pages of FDP normaly.

    What is gone is the “Oxygen => Editor CLeanup” menu and the plugins that was already hidden are showing again.

    There is no red icon and no warning message anywhere.

    I will try the WordPress debug info in a moment…

    I enabled the debug, but no debug file was created, no message, nothing… I reloaded the plugin page, disabled the FDP for Oxygen, enabled it again… Visited the site front end, edited a page in Oxygen…

    Not a clue!

    Hi @rics, you are welcome! Thank you for the details!

    So, you have problems with Editor Cleanup For Oxygen

    I suggest you:

    • Update Freesoul Deactivate Plugins to version 1.9.5.2
    • Update Editor Cleanup For Oxygen to version 0.0.8

    If you still have issues, go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Backend => Backend Singles and save the settings. By doing that FDP will clear the admin menu cache.

    After the steps above you should see the admin menu item “Editor Cleanup” under the admin menu item “Oxygen”.

    You wrote “and the plugins that was already hidden are showing again”.
    Do you mean the admin menu items added by the deactivated plugins? If so, if you see the those admin menu items, it doesn’t mean those plugins are active. Now FDP rebuilds the admin menu taking the information from its internal cache, and shows the missing menu items also if the related plugins are disabled in some backend pages. Or do you mean something else?

    Let me know please, if after the updates you see the admin submenu item “Editor Cleanup”. If this is solved, we can discuss/clarify the other issues.

    Have a great day!
