Latest version (just updated) causes site to go down.

    After updating to latest version (v1.5) of this plugin, I got the “whitescreen”.

    Renaming the plugin directory for it brought my dashboard back again, so I’m pretty sure the latest version of this plugin is “to blame”.

    No warnings or errors with WP_DEBUG enabled and, probably due to my hosting setup, I can’t see any errors in the Apache error log.

  • Hi, I’m sorry about that. I cannot reproduce the issue so for now I rolled back to 1.4
    Can you please let me know which type of charts/table are you using?

    I’m using the following two shortcodes, but not on the front page of the site:

    [wpbusinessintelligence id="4" type="chart" iframe="n"]Weight Chart[/wpbusinessintelligence]

    and

    [wpbusinessintelligence id="3" type="chart" iframe="n"]Girth Chart[/wpbusinessintelligence]

    Since I haven’t re-enabled the plugin, I had to check in the DB.

    They’re all chart type 14. (line graphs)

    I cannot reproduce the issue as everything seems fine on our side.
    Before upgrading to 1.5 I’d like to double check that everything is OK with you as well.

    The new v1.5 revision has fixed the problem.
