Since upgrading the latest version of WPSSO Pro/WPSSB Pro last night, the buttons have been sporadically loading either nested on top of eachother, or overlapping eachother.

Apparently, according to the developer, this is because W3TC is switched on on the website.

Has anybody else experienced issues with the latest version? It’s not happened to me before.

Buttons are completely messed up on some pages, and no amount of clearing the cache or clearing the CDN seems to make any different. Do I really have to delete the W3TC to get this to work?

As explained in the thread you opened in the WPSSO SSB forum…

It’s a known issue with W3TC — this isn’t specific to WPSSO SSB, it’s an issue with many plugins / themes that use the transient cache. W3TC has also been known to ignore changes in CSS files. A search of Google turns up a lot of results, and from my experience, none of these issues have been fixed.

    Hi JS

Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately it leaves me in a difficult spot.

This has never happened before with WPSSB. I’ve upgraded numerous times and i’ve changed around the buttons numerous times and the changes get instantly reflected back onto the website.

What has happened this time around to trigger the problem with W3TC? Can i roll back to the previous version?

This issue was tracked down to a bug in W3TC’s “Fragment Cache” which allowed old HTML to appear in some pages.
