Could resolve the problem with going back to latest version. But this should work again. Because this is working with 4.26 nice and happening with 4.27, there must be some changes in this latest version.

    Standard design:
left side product image. right side short description with pricing and cusrev badge.

After updating this right column is gone. Everything is in one column. First product image, next short description, pricing, cusrev badge.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

At first, please confirm that all features and functions of CusRev still work properly after updating to the new version 4.27.

Then if two columns are now displaying in one, you can check your layout code if there is any redundant or miss a closing HTML tag like </div> </a> … Or you can rebuild the layout to display two columns.

With 4.26 the badge didn’t work. This is working with 4.27 again.

No there is no missing tag. We didn’t change on this side anything an it’s working in past every time and with every version of your plugin. This is new with 4.27 and the first time. And because design is more important than your badge, we must have to use 4.26 for the moment with deactivation of the badge.

We are working with templates, so every product is affected.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

Can you please share the product URL after updating CusRev to the latest version 4.27? I will help you to check the issue.

You can also create a staging site to troubleshoot the issue and avoid affecting your customers.

Upated today on 4.28 but issue still exist. May I send you the link to website by email to “[email protected]”? I don’t want to share the URL to live shop in this ticket. And staging don’t have an active connection to your service, so this can’t be tested in this way.

    Hi,

Yes, you can send your site URL to our mailbox if you do not want to share it here.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

Sorry, much to do. With CSS we could make this issue a little bit better and get it working. Maybe you have an idea why this CSS is necessary now since this new version. This wasn’t a issue before.
