    Hello Bas…

I am having difficulty with using MaxButtons ver. 4.22 on WordPress 4.5. I deactivated it after installation because one of my pages became corrupted. When trying to reactivate it I received the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method SplFileInfo::getExtension() in /var/www/vhosts/crunchdaddy.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/maxbuttons/classes/button.php on line 74

I would appreciate your assistance with this, as I really enjoy using your plugin on our site, https://crunchdaddy.com

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thanks for telling us. Could you check and tell me what PHP version you are using specifically?

Aha I thought so. We incidentally used a function that is PHP 5.3, but one or two versions later ( 5.3.6 ). Sorry about that, it escaped our attention.

Look out for the 4.22.1 update which will hopefully fix this problem. Should be in a few minutes.

    Wow! That was FAST.

The issue with my site is now resolved with the 4.22.1 update, Thanks so much for jumping on this so swiftly!

Why not just rename the plugin “BasButtons”??

    Thanks again!
