  • Hey @kattouf,

Thank you for contacting us about our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I’m so sorry that the latest update broke your site!

It would be great to know a bit more detail about what happened, and any error messages that you saw. That way, I can let our developers know and we can get this patched up!

We have been made aware of an issue that occurs when updating to the latest plugin that could cause fatal error messages when navigating to admin. If you’d like to see if this is the same error that you’ve hit here, we have a pre-release patch available for testing: https://cloud.skyver.ge/KouW4dBE

To use the pre-release, please deactivate and delete the plugin, then upload and activate this version from the Plugins page. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any settings or data! ??

Please note that you may see a notice prompting you to update the plugin; if so, you can safely ignore this until version 1.10.1.

Would you please upload the pre-release version of the plugin and let me know if it resolves the issue for you?

    Cheers!

    Simon.

    Hello

Woocommerce had not been updated in a while and your plugin was showing a warning in admin about droping support soon (not error)

After updating WC the plugin work.

For the record the error is here: https://ibb.co/CtM5WMJ

    Thanks it’s working now.
