We’ve done the update a few hours ago, and we have the same error as @volkerh (With WordPress Debug Log enabled) :

Symptoms : 500 Internal Server Error, unable to access to WordPress Site / admin. Resolved it with plugins folder rename, and enable after log in to dashboard all others plugins.
