Latest version 3.0.2 Charges Card Despite Pre-Order plugin

Ever since the new update of 3.0 (I’m on 3.0.2 right now), it seems that the Stripe gateway plugin doesn’t respect the Woocommerce Pre-Orders plugin (https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-pre-orders/) anymore. When someone places a pre-order on my site, their credit card gets charged immediately (it shouldn’t be doing anything). Before the update, Stripe plugin versions 2.x and below all worked well with the Pre-Orders plugin. Do you have a fix for this?
