    Good Afternoon,

    Just a quick question. Looking at the plugin file size of the free version 3.7.1 and the latest free version. The plugin file size of the latest version is just over 3 times the size as the old 3.7.1 version.

    We are preparing to update to the latest version, and have backed up our site in advance, but are a little worried that the latest version may slow down the site due to it’s size.

    Just wondered why the file size of the latest free version is so much bigger than 3.7.1, and whether the latest free version is likely to have any negative effect on our site’s speed? Or whether it should be the same as the old free 3.7.1 version?

  • Do not upgrade. Stay on 3.7 . Upgrade has damaged 1000s of sites. Its breaking sites and causing seo problems. Check reviews

    @andrew1977 The latest version of All in One SEO shouldn’t affect the speed of your site. File size or number of files doesn’t matter, there are significantly more features in v4.x than there were in v3.x so that’s why there are more files.
