Latest v2.5 For Client Us?

I use WP for my clients and am in the process of setting up a new site for a client and am wondering how stable the latest version of 2.5 is? I know its a RC2 but was wondering if you would recommended for production/client use? The client site is very simple and the only plugin used is FormBuilder (which is on the list of plugins that works with 2.5). Mainly wanting to take advantage of the Fluency Admin theme by Dean.
