Can you give some details of your installation. What WordPress version are you using? Which PHP version? Are there some error messages?

houseofearnest, please update to the latest version (1.2). We encountered a serious bug in version 1.1.02 that broke the entire WP admin view. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this issue might have caused.

    Kind regards,
    Marko

I’m having the same problem this morning. Updated the plugin and now I can’t even log into the dashboard at all. How do I fix this?

This is the error message I get:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_SL in /home/cypress/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thinglink/thinglink_shortcode.php on line 36

dmrunyon – I had to go into my root folder on my hosting site and delete the plugin folder. I have yet to reinstall

    Hi dmrunyon, houseofearnest,

We have spent the day working on fixing the broken WP plugin. For some odd reason it is still causing issues for some of our users. In my WP environment (version 3.5) the plugin (versions 1.2 & 1.3) works.

As houseofearnest mentioned, the only way at this point is to manually disable the ThingLink WP plugin by accessing your site via FTP and removing the plugin. I’ll post the instructions on how to do this as soon as I’ll be able to reproduce your issue. I can only ask for your patience in this matter. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

    Regards,
    Marko
