Latest updates are causing problems

I’ve used this plugin and really like previous versions. But now we are experiencing weird issues where the logo image cannot be set, some input fields won’t allow input, the “remember checkbox” is almost impossible to click, and now a client is saying that cannot enter a number in the recaptcha to prove that they are a human.

I really hope these issues are addressed soon.
