    Hi,

    I am disappointed to see that the latest update 5.0.2 is riddled with so many issues. While submitting the form, user are getting a critical error but the form does get submitted successfully. However, email notifications are not triggered.

    Several users are reporting issues and in response, you continue to release updates without thoroughly testing them before release.

    This is the second time I have downgraded to version 4.3.25?and won’t be updating to the latest version anytime soon.

    Hi Lukman,

    As mentioned previously, I have downgraded Fluent Forms version on live website. I am unable to reproduce the issue on staging website and this exactly is the problem with the latest update. Random errors are appearing at random times without any apparent reason.

    I have therefore decided to stay with the old version until I feel confident to update at a later date.

    I understand, just for debugging purposes can you tell me which plugins you are using and is there any server-side and client-side caching system like Cloudflare, lightspeed cache, or anything else?

    Plugin support team already has admin access to staging site for another related issue (ticket # 71757). Website address is:

    I am using LiteSpeed cache.
