Latest update removes forms from pages

    With this latest update, our forms disappeared from a few pages.
    For example, I found this code on one of the pages:

    <!--cforms name="Hourly order"-->

    I had to add the following to make it appear again:

    [cforms name="Hourly order"]

    Not sure what happened.

    This is intentional. In the changelog it says “remove deprecated HTML comment placeholder”.

    There were some issues in the past where people had memory issues with the HTML placeholder. And it is not idiomatic WordPress-like style.
