Latest update removed breadcrumb from Google search results

Looking at an example breadcrumb, it appears you are not using the RDFa breadcrumb style. The default Breadcrumb NavXT settings will provide this, unless you have changed them. See https://mtekk.us/archives/guides/how-to-implement-rdfa-breadcrumbs-with-breadcrumb-navxt/ on how to get Breadcrumb NavXT to generate RDFa compatible breadcrumbs.
