Latest update messed up everything

    1. Format really ugly
    2. Recaptcha does not work
    3. Can not submit form
    4. Can not reset form
    5. Date field does not work

    So not working at all!!!

    We are sorry for the trouble Form Maker has caused you. But I just tested your form and submit/reset and Date field worked properly.

    Could you please mention the browser you are using to test?

    Please let us know what you need to change in the format of the form. Also, could you describe the problem of ReCaptcha a bit further?

    Thanks for quick response. It works all fine this morning.

    I used Chrome on Windows 10, in same machine, did not work yesterday. I have to clear all browsing data to make it work.

    Yes, please do clear the cache of your web browser in case you change something in the form.
