Hello, since the latest update, links to some plugins in the dashobard menu leads to white pages, disabling uipress lite solves the problem. Please have a look.

First, thank you for your great support…. Second: The error still exists, as example WP-Statistics is not working and shows only a white screen, only disabling UIPress Lite solves it.

Will you ever react to this, or do I have to remove UIPress Lite from all my customers?

    Still white-screens.

    Hello,

Sorry to see you’ve been having problems. As it’s only happening on specific pages, can you let me know what these pages are?

have you tried disabling other plugins to check for a conflict?

Have you got dynamic loading disabled?

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hello Mark,

yes, I have disabled dynamic loading. Furthermore, I have done a clean installation of WordPress without any plugins, and then enabling one by one, but it always happens.

The Plugins that are currently showing white screens and are not usable:

    • WP SMTP
    • WP Statistics
    • EWWW Image Optimizer
    • Bulk Media Register

The error still persists, also in the UIPress Forum there is a lot of rumor. When will there be an update to fix this?

Sorry to inform you, that the error still persist.

Hey, sorry to hear you are still having issues.

I have personally tested the latest release of uipress lite with all the plugins you mentioned, with and without dynamic loading and everything is working as expected and no white screen. I have attached screenshots of the plugins working on our test enviroments:

If you have tested on a clean install of WordPress without other plugins installed, can you let me know the PHP version you used?

If you are familiar with instaWp and are able to create a temporary site there and replicate the issue then share the login details we can investigate some more.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hello, our servers spec:

    Ubuntu 22.04 LTS HWE

    • Kernel: 6.5.0-35
    • HTTP: nginx/1.26.0
    • PHP: 8.3.7 (FPM-FCGI)
    • REDIS 7.2.5
    • MariadDB 10.11.8
    • WordPress: 6.5.3

    Hey,

I have tested with php v8.3 on Ubuntu server along with redis installed and activated and was still unable to replicate the issue.

Do you manage your own server or are you using a specific hosting provider? There has been conflicts with redis and uipress in the past so I would say try disabling that / flushing object cache to see if it fixes the issues.

    Thanks,

    Mark

I manage the server by myself, and will try this.
    Maybe this is helpful?

I don’t have the customizer for the menu enabled.
