After the latest update (6.5.0?) the images are not showing but the text describing the image is visible instead.

    Hi @asaracena

Thank you for contacting us! When I checked your website the Instagram Feed on the homepage was displaying without issues. Screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/gkm6Hp (Blured for privacy). There may be an issue specific to your browser setup that is preventing feeds from loading. Please follow this guide to troubleshoot such issues: How to Fix Instagram Feed Not Loading on Your Site

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Actually as soon as I use a VPN (I live in Laos) the images display normally.

If I use the local IP then on my laptop (browsers Firefox 128.0.3 and Safari 17.5) images are not displaying. On Firefox I get the description but no image. On Safari I get 5 image placeholders. Nor do the images display on my iPhone.

Have you added some kind of country blocking? Oddly all the other images on my site display properly – it’s only the Instagram feed that doesn’t.

    Hi @asaracena
    ?
?Thank you for the additional details. If your Instagram feed works after activating a VPN it could be due to a block on your internet service provider side. As a workaround, please activate the “optimize images” setting. To do this, go to your WordPress dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced and toggle on “Optimize Images” then click “Save Changes”. After this, thumbnails will load directly from your website instead of the Instagram CDN.
