Latest update disables Disqus plugin

I noticed for the first time today that Disqus comments were disabled on my blog–not something I did myself. All the settings were correct to allow comments for both WordPress and Disqus, and the database was correct, and not other plugins were interfering. But switching from Origin let Disqus work again. Something about the last update to the theme is turning off comments when I’ve got the Disqus plugin installed and activated.
