Latest update deletes slider and changes header

    Updated the theme to the latest version and after that lost the bootstrap slider on the front page and the height of the header decreased as well.
    Also the child theme seems to be affected and I have to return to parent evolve theme to see the site as I built it.

    When I check the bootstrap slider, the images are there as they should and also enabled, but the slider just just won’t show.

    I have this in custom CSS, don’t know if it is significant:

    Use ftp to go to your wp-content/plugins/ and delete the reduxframework plugin.
    Re-install via your WordPress admin.

    Redux Framewok delete and reload did not solve the problem.

    But I found the solution by chance:

    WP Admin – Settings – General Settings – Site title and Tagline boxes – type information in

    Header logo is ok and problem is solved ??

    What does this mean? If it means what I think it means then you’re saying you broke it and we have to fix it.

    I have used this theme for years. I had heavily edited it at first, but I got tired of re-working everything after every update. So I worked for several months to re-do the entire site without the major edits. Now, after only two updates the site is broken again. What am I supposed to do? Should I find a different theme from a more reputable source?

    Please advise…
