Can you tell us the page of your second browser tab?

Can you also try to disable plugins that may affect the page title (Yoast SEO or other SEO/breadcrumb/etc. plugins)?

It’s the BuddyPress user profile > Activity page.

I disabled Yoast SEO which is the only plugin of its kind on my site and the problem remains. I also tried disabling all other plugins except BuddyPress and this plugin – the issue remains.
