  • Hi @conceptmilan

Upon doing a search, it looks like this may be related to your PHP version. Upgrading to PHP 7.4+ may solve this.

Your PHP version (7.2) is actually no longer supported or receiving security updates as of December 2020.

    Hope this helped!

Great. Thanks! That does seem to solve the problem.

    Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the issue. Our engineering team has just released an update to address issues affecting older versions of PHP. If you would, can you install Ninja Forms version 3.6.14 and let us know if this works for you?

    Hi,

i did get the same error.

Downgrading did not solve it — also not php 7.4 nor 8.0.

I updated again to the latest Version and now i get:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 335544320 bytes) in o/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/ninja-forms.php on line 937

I have 512MB Ram enabled and do not think this is really the problem…

@about2press I am not able to replicate this locally. Can you contact our official support (https://ninjaforms.com/contact) so we can take a closer look at this issue?
