Hello, today’s update is crashing my site. I had to disable the plugin via FTP, and my site went right back up.

Is it compatible with latest WooCommerce update? This is urgent, many carts are being lost while the plugins is not active.

    Hello,

We updated the plugin to 5.1.1 just a few minutes ago. You can try updating to 5.1.1 and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thanks,
    Dhruvin

    Exactly the same problem here.

5.1.0 works fine, but the latest update (5.1.1) caused my site to display just a white screen in the front and back end.

I also disabled the plugin via FTP and the site worked straight away. Then tried reinstalling 5.1.1, but it crashed the site again. In the meantime I’m going to revert back to 5.1.0.

    Bes,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

First I heartily apologize that you faced inconvenience on your site due to our plugin and for the delay in response because of weekend.

In the last plugin version 5.1.0, the fatal error message was showing once we update the plugin and the site was crashing. Here is the screenshot of the error message: https://prnt.sc/ld4cci

This error was coming as we had coded wrong folder name in the “wcal_all_component.php” file. The folder name was “WooCommerce-Check”( Uppercase letter) in the “/includes” directory and we were including the folder name “woocommerce-check” ( Lowercase letter) in the file.

So, we had changed the code to “WooCommerce-Check” from “woocommerce-check” name in the file and released the plugin version 5.1.1.

Today, we had again tried to update the plugin from the plugin version 5.0.2 to 5.1.1 and it works fine on our site.

For your website, can you please let me know once you update the plugin to the version 5.1.0 or 5.1.1, you got an error message in the debug log file?

Also, can you please try to upgrade the plugin to 5.1.1 and check the “WooCommerce-Check” folder name which will be present in “/include” folder of our plugin?

If the folder name is “WooCommerce-Check” and still your site is crashing then I will need to check the issue on your site and find out the cause of an issue. So, kindly drop your email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” email address where we can further debug the issue.

Let me know on the same.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka

I had the same problem here, my site shows a blank page in backend, disabling plugin via wp plugin solves the problem.

Now I just deleted and reinstalled again, and for some reason nothing is being saved in my settings config, in console it is showing:

    GET https://www.xxxx/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-abandoned-cart/assets/js/jquery-ui.min.js?ver=4.9.8 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

    Hi,

We have released the plugin version 5.1.3 yesterday in which we have fixed the console log error message and also added JS files which were missing.

Please upgrade the plugin to the latest version and let us know the result.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka

    Hi Chetna,

Sorry, I’m still getting a white screen of death when I activate this latest version of the plugin.

Unfortunately, my site is currently limited to using Woocommerce 2 (v2.6.4). I’m wondering if this could be part of the problem.

Have you tried testing it with Woocommerce 2?

    Hi,

We have not tested the plugin with the WooCommerce 2.6.4. It is very older version of WooCommerce. Can you upgrade the plugin to the latest version of the WooCommerce if it is possible for you and check the issue with it?

Older version of Woocommerce can cause other issues with the plugin.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
